the staff at Buddy Inn & Travel were friendly and helpful without being pushy. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with secure lockers and privacy curtains on the beds. the free breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of choices including a tasty Banh mi. the location in the old quarter was perfect, with plenty of things to see and do nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to popular spots like the night market and beer street. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The breakfast served is delicious and offers a variety of options.

The hotel even allowed us to leave our larger bags overnight while we went on the tour. the service was impressive, and we were provided with all the necessary information. I would definitely recommend both the tour and the hotel.

Breakfast could have been better, not many options and not very tasty. The walls were quite thin, I could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms.

This place was spotless! Beds very comfy and a/c was great. Breakfast had freshly made omelettes to order. Staff was fabulous and attended to any need efficiently and cheerfully. They arranged a fabulous tour to Halong Bay. Love their cafe with espresso, cappuccino, etc available. Will definitely stay here again. Good job!

As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and well taken care of by the staff. The staff was always helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with planning activities and providing information about the city. They even helped us solve a payment issue efficiently and kindly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had essential amenities like AC and a fan. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast provided was exceptional, with a variety of options to choose from, including Western dishes. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to everything we needed.
