I recently stayed at New World Saigon for 3 nights during my honeymoon. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive to our needs, ensuring our safety and providing helpful directions. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the all-day free coffee and afternoon free cocktails were a nice bonus. The hotel is centrally located in District 1, within walking distance to all the attractions. Our room was beautifully renovated and cleaned daily, and the view of the city was worth the extra cost. a great hotel experience!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great location between high-end shopping and the backpackers district, steps from the historic market. Spacious lobby and restaurant. Wonderful pool with cabanas, loungers, and outdoor bar. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms with all expected amenities and reliable wifi.

Felt taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

During my Christmas stay, I liked the fact that the hotel had a great location. It was easy to access the nearby shopping areas, food, restaurants, and cafes. the hotel was also conveniently located near the Ben Thanh Market. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and efficient service staff.

On the downside, I disliked that the room cleanup was done quite late, usually around 2-3pm. Additionally, the hotel staff kept forgetting to replace the bedroom slippers, which was a small inconvenience.

The breakfast spread had a great variety of choices, catering to different appetites. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a safe neighborhood to walk around at night.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the size of the rooms. Considering the cost, the rooms felt small and lacking in space.
