I recently stayed at New World Saigon for 3 nights during my honeymoon. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive to our needs, ensuring our safety and providing helpful directions. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the all-day free coffee and afternoon free cocktails were a nice bonus. The hotel is centrally located in District 1, within walking distance to all the attractions. Our room was beautifully renovated and cleaned daily, and the view of the city was worth the extra cost. a great hotel experience!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great location between high-end shopping and the backpackers district, steps from the historic market. Spacious lobby and restaurant. Wonderful pool with cabanas, loungers, and outdoor bar. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms with all expected amenities and reliable wifi.

Nothing not to love.

During my Christmas stay, I liked the fact that the hotel had a great location. It was easy to access the nearby shopping areas, food, restaurants, and cafes. the hotel was also conveniently located near the Ben Thanh Market. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and efficient service staff.

On the downside, I disliked that the room cleanup was done quite late, usually around 2-3pm. Additionally, the hotel staff kept forgetting to replace the bedroom slippers, which was a small inconvenience.

The breakfast spread had a great variety of choices, catering to different appetites. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a safe neighborhood to walk around at night.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the size of the rooms. Considering the cost, the rooms felt small and lacking in space.

As backpackers, we loved the central location and walking distance to popular attractions. The newly renovated hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great, with some offering stunning city views. The Club lounge and staff provided a 5-star experience, and the pool was a great addition. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with chef-prepared eggs being the best we've had anywhere. The comfortable bed and complimentary bottled water were much appreciated, as were the premium bathroom amenities.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all!

The breakfast and evening drinks in the Club Residence were extensive and delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The late checkout was convenient for evening flights. The kiddie play area was enjoyed by our toddler.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff, beautiful hotel, very nice pool, and the convenient location near the city center with lots to see and do in the area around and close by. We were able to make a video call with our parents at our hometown on New Year's Eve, and we were within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. we had a fantastic experience.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the vibrant city on our bicycles. The executive club lounge and rooftop bar provided a great place to relax and enjoy the evening. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality food, and having a pool was a rare treat for a city hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel in this city. We loved the central location, as it was within walking distance to top-end restaurants, the Ben Thanh marketplace, a park, and a shopping center. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with directions and assisting with our luggage. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spacious and clean room, a delicious breakfast, and a well-equipped gym. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
