As young travelers, we loved the friendly staff and their willingness to assist us. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection of choices, including delicious freshly made banana pancakes. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby attractions and a short 15-minute walk to the citadel. We appreciated the value for money, as we received a complete hotel room to use after checkout until our evening departure.

ngoc binh exceeded our expectations during our short visit to hue. the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. the room was spacious and clean, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. highly recommended!

The room was small but lovely, with everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the balcony filled with plants. the owner was incredibly kind and efficient, helping us book a visa run to Laos and arranging our bus to our next destination at a great price. He made our trip in Hue so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and provided helpful advice on places to visit. The location was convenient, with attractions easily accessible by bicycle.

The bicycles for rent were not in great condition.

The staff at Ngoc Binh were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map of the area and even offered motorbike and bicycle rentals. We opted for bicycles to ride to the tombs, and despite being a bit rusty, they worked perfectly fine. the breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with five different options that all came with fruit and tea/coffee. the location was also great, as it was close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, and a short 15-minute walk to the citadel. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had hot water.

the staff, especially Hu, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me, whether it was providing an umbrella on rainy days or arranging transportation for me. the room was lovely and clean, and the breakfast was decent. the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet alley, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. It is also within walking distance of the backpacker section of town and the citadel, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Vietnam.

Pro: We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel in Hue. Ngoc Binh Hotel was well situated, just a short walk from the citadel and many restaurants. Our taxi driver easily found it down an alleyway. the hotel staff were helpful, even upgrading us to a better room for free. We paid a reasonable price, which included a delicious breakfast with multiple options. the staff also assisted us with arranging transportation and providing useful information about the area. it was a fantastic experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy decor of the hotel. The warm color scheme and soft lighting in the general areas created a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for senior guests like myself. The comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel allowed for moments of relaxation and socializing with other guests. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for seniors to explore the nearby attractions in Hue.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for fellow seniors is additional assistance from the staff. While the children of the staff were friendly and accommodating, having more staff members available to provide extra support or help with carrying luggage would have been greatly appreciated.

The family that owns the hotel is wonderful and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was incredible. The location is great, within walking distance of the citadel and main drink area. I highly recommend staying at Ngoc Binh!

The price for the room was ridiculously cheap and included breakfast. The location was great, just a short walk to the restaurant and bar district, providing privacy. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and ensuring a comfortable stay.
