We stayed two nights at a basic but clean hotel/hostel. the private room was nice and the beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even with limited English. the location was convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and the pancakes were delicious. We also enjoyed having free tea and coffee all day.

the owner, who I believe is associated with Green Mountain, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He organized everything for me and personally welcomed me with maps and recommendations. I even got a free day of scooter rental! the hotel, including the bathroom, was super clean. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and services. Despite limited English, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I found the beds to be comfortable, although they might be considered a bit firm for some. it was a great place to stay, especially considering the price.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Cat Ba Island and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and I was lucky enough to have a room on the 7th floor with a breathtaking mountain view. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff, despite their limited English, had a great attitude and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even allowed me to have breakfast when I arrived late and provided me with extra fruits for my journey when I checked out.
