I had an amazing value for my money at Ngoc Phat Dalat! The room was comfortable, large and clean, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the supermarket and the lake. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going out of their way to assist me with my requests. Special shoutout to the receptionist who found a cardboard box for me and even provided scissors and tape!

Centrally located, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent and helpful staff. Convenient location for exploring nearby attractions. Easy access to airport shuttle and taxis. a highly recommended place to stay.

The location was great, near the night market and supermarket. The view from my room was fantastic, overlooking the lake and mountains. The service was okay and the staff were friendly.

There was one minor issue with the soundproofing in our room.

Good location, close to main attractions. Room was cozy and clean, with a nice view. the staff was friendly and helpful and offered luggage storage.

The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. It was difficult to get work done during my business trip.
