I recently stayed at a hotel in Da Nang called Nguyen Gia and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially a lady named "Nhãn" who went above and beyond to assist us when we missed our train. She quickly arranged bus tickets for us and even coordinated with our cab driver to ensure a smooth journey. The amenities and pool were top-notch, and the breakfast offered a great selection. The whole staff truly embraced the concept of "Guest is God." Highly recommend!

Best aspects of my Xmas stay: Amazing breakfast with plenty of choices, even for vegetarians. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, adjusting the menu options to meet my dietary requirements. The pool deck offered a great place to relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the beach.- The suite I stayed in was spacious, with a huge bathroom. The lounge seating was incredibly comfortable.

The hotel's location, although east of the river, was easily accessible to town via Grab taxi. It was also close to the famous Lady Buddha, which was definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is located right by the beach, offering stunning views from the rooms and balcony. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast has a variety of dishes, including Vietnamese cuisine, and there are options to rent bikes for free. There are also tourist sites nearby, such as Sơn Trà peninsula and the hotel restaurant offers a mixture of dishes for dinner.

We had an incredible stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with the beach just a few steps away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and had a breathtaking ocean view. The bed was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary fruit plate on the second day, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend this luxurious hotel for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Despite the hotel's many positives, the only downside is its location towards the end of the bay. However, this is easily outweighed by the hotel's luxurious amenities and excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at Nguyen Gia Hotel. The facilities were very clean and the seaview from my balcony was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing an amazing driver for my sightseeing trips. I was able to rent a scooter and there were free bicycles available, making it easy to explore. I especially enjoyed the nice pool with its rooftop views. The breakfast options were delicious and made up for any minor disappointments I had with the dinner. my stay was enjoyable and I would happily return to this peaceful and well-located hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach and only a short motorbike ride to the night market. The rooms are modern and spotless, with top-quality beds and linens. The breakfast is good, with a variety of dishes available, including fruit and salad. The hotel also offers a roof-top pool with a breathtaking view.

It is worth noting that some of the staff members at the hotel were not very helpful and had difficulty understanding English.

Location, location, location! This hotel is right at the beach, and our room with a balcony facing the beach was perfect! We loved waking up to the beautiful sea view and watching the sunrise. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The rooftop bar had an amazing view, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient services available, such as taxi transfers.

That the swimming pool was only open until 10 PM. It would have been great if it were open 24/7, as guests often go out and come back late and would like to take a dip in the pool after 10 PM. Another issue was that the hotel was a bit far from any nice restaurants and the center. Hopefully, the area will become more developed with time.
