We had a wonderful stay at Avatar. the hotel's prime location in the heart of the old quarter allowed us to easily explore the area. the staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and made our experience truly memorable. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, setting up a pack and play for our 8-month-old on our Halong Bay cruise. the rooms were clean, showers had warm water, and the views of the street added to the authentic Hanoi experience. the breakfast was fantastic and the value for money was unbeatable.

Not obvious to find

I had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Avatar hotel in Hanoi. the staff, including Tam Mai, Kate, and everyone else, were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made my experience here a perfect 10. the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I also loved the touch of having fruit and snacks brought to my room in the evening, free of charge. the piano in the lobby was a personal favorite of mine, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.

Cosy and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms in this hotel are so comfortable, it's like sleeping on a cloud. The premium bedding provided gave me the best night's sleep I've had in ages. It was like being wrapped in a soft, fluffy marshmallow.

I must say, the hospitality at this hotel is outstanding. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the manager who made us feel instantly welcome. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans and even helped us book a tour to Halong Bay. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the best places to eat in the area and took the time to point them out to us on a map. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room, although small, had the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I appreciated the daily replenishment of toiletries and drinking water. the hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of local street food options nearby and famous attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake just a short distance away. the staff also recommended fantastic local restaurants, such as the amazing Bun Cha place and Pho spot.
