I had an amazing stay at Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha. The hotel is beautiful, with modern facilities and a great location. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The staff were kind and professional, always ready to assist. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and I loved how soundproof the room was, despite being located on a busy street. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Hanoi!

Here, we experienced a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated, cozy, and clean. The location was ideal for us, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The staff was super kind and friendly, providing top service. The outdoor swimming pool was excellent with sun loungers and umbrellas. There was also a fitness centre and playroom for children.

The only minor issue we had was the temperature adjustment device being a little too far from the bed. Nevertheless, it did not lower our overall opinion of this hotel.

The club room experience was not up to par, as it was relocated to a meeting room on the ground floor and did not offer the promised luxury service.
