As a budget traveler, I loved the free buggy service and the helpful staff. The water park, dinosaur park, and hot springs were fantastic. The BBQ restaurant on site offered delicious Asian-style meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was super friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and surrounded by a green park area with stunning mountain views. It was so quiet in the morning that we were able to enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and birdsong. We also loved the big bathroom with a bathtub, a rare find in Vietnam. And let's not forget the cool feature of having a smart toilet in the room!

The only slight downside was that the small fridge in the room wasn't very cold, making it difficult to chill our drinks. However, this minor inconvenience didn't diminish our overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel had a good location, with easy access to the water park and hot springs. the room was cozy and had a large terrace, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the natural spring and sauna, which were great for relaxation after a busy day in the city.

The restaurant was a big disappointment. the food was low quality and the menu was very limited, offering only one set menu for dinner.

We were pleasantly surprised by the huge bathroom at Ebisu Onsen Resort. It was just as spacious as the bedroom and perfect for families. The water park and dinosaur park were a hit with our kids, providing endless fun and entertainment. The natural design of the hot springs and traditional common onsen were simply magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay filled with luxurious amenities and exciting attractions.
