Our family had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. We loved being within walking distance of most attractions and having a convenience store nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with free snacks and drinks upon arrival. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering welcome drinks, detailed city instructions, and even printing out weather forecasts. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, with options for both Western and Asian cuisine.

The spa was not located at the hotel, but they provided a taxi fee to get to the spa of Oriental suite.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions in the Old Quarter. We loved being able to explore the city on foot and not having to worry about transportation. The staff here provided enhanced comfort and quality services. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds. We also appreciated the little touches like fresh fruit and snacks in the room, as well as complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea making facilities.

The staff were exceptional, always willing to help and provide us with information about the local area. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complementary fresh fruit and biscuits in our room each day, as well as a delicious breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, the decor felt a little outdated and could benefit from some modernization. while the amenities were sufficient, they didn't quite meet the luxury expectations we had for the price point.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the city. I could easily walk or grab a cab to all the attractions in the busy old quarter. The night market, train station, and spa were all within walking distance, which was so convenient.

They spoke good English and were accommodating to our dietary restrictions, even arranging special sandwich options for us. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with most cultural and historic attractions of the Old Quarter within walking distance. My room was towards the back of the hotel, away from the noisy street, so it was quiet and peaceful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and was delicious. The staff were absolutely fantastic and made me feel at home. The manager, Thomas , was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to help with all my needs. The team, including Anna the breakfast supervisor, reflected his good management.
