The staff on Orchid Classic Cruise were absolutely amazing! I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink upon arrival. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The planned activities, such as cave hiking and kayaking, were well-organized and enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the Vietnamese breakfast and brunch. Despite a language barrier, the attentive staff made sure I had everything I needed. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this cruise to others.

The location of this cruise is ideal, as it is located close to the harbor, making it convenient for guests to embark and disembark the boat. Additionally, the proximity to other boats allows for a lively atmosphere and the opportunity to interact with fellow travelers. However, it is disheartening to hear that pollution is present in the sea, which takes away from the overall beauty of the surroundings.

The communication between the staff and the guests seemed to have some hiccups, as one couple mentioned that their wedding anniversary was not acknowledged despite prior notice.

The facilities onboard were top-notch, and because there were only fourteen rooms, I always felt like I had plenty of space to relax. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options. There were also plenty of activities available, but it was totally fine if you just wanted to unwind and enjoy the ship. I couldn't have asked for a better company to travel with.

The seafood soup had a shrimp that wasn't properly cleaned and the beds were not very comfortable. the staff was a bit pushy when it came to selling wine at meals, and we felt uncomfortable with the tipping process.

This hotel is a very luxurious cruise that provides exclusive amenities and facilities. The staff here is amazing, providing excellent service and fulfilling all of our needs. We loved the Spa & wellness centre, Jacuzzi, and sun terrace for ultimate relaxation.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the special diet menus as there were limited options available. However, the restaurant still provided excellent food.

I recently went on a cruise in an absolutely lovely boat. The Orchid Classic Cruise was truly a 5-star experience. The staff were excellent and the food was delicious. The best part was the 3-day/2-night cruise, which allowed us to truly make the most of our time. I particularly enjoyed the activities on the second day, such as cycling in a village and kayaking+swimming. The staff were not only there to provide services, but also engaged in talks and activities. The rooms were spacious and had a private balcony with beautiful views. it was a perfect experience.
