The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was great. The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order. The hotel also provided storage for our bags while we traveled. The staff went above and beyond their duty, changing our room and upgrading it for free. They were welcoming towards us and our baby. The hotel was close to everything in the old quarter and the staff was security-conscious. The hotel was superbly clean and accurately portrayed in the photos.

Our stay at Lavender Central was amazing! The staff were professional and friendly, anticipating our needs at every turn. They provided detailed instructions, maps, and tips for getting around. The level of service was exceptional, from singing happy birthday and giving flowers on my birthday to lending us a room for a shower after returning from Sapa. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. We even decided to book them again for our return journey. This was the best hotel experience we've ever had!

Had an amazing Christmas at this hotel! Loved the complimentary drinks and festive snacks in the lobby, as well as the special Christmas Eve dinner offered at the restaurant. Location was just perfect, right in the heart of the city - we could easily walk to all the main attractions and markets. Also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city skyline.
