As adventure travelers, we loved the close proximity to the center of Sapa, making it convenient for exploring. The spacious and comfortable lobby and restaurant areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of Vietnamese and Western options, including a hot food station for made-to-order omelettes and pho. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the center of Sapa, which was very convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the noisy center and offers a stunning view of the valley. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast had a variety of choices and exceeded expectations. Additionally, the hotel offered a buffet dinner at an affordable price, making dining convenient.

The noise from the swimming pool and people walking and chatting outside the room could be disruptive.

The view from the hotel was amazing, with clouds and mountains filling our sight. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing us with complimentary snacks and offering shuttle services to the city center.

The road to the hotel was under construction and was extremely muddy, making it difficult to access the hotel. Vegan breakfast options were limited despite prior confirmation that more options would be available.

We had a wonderful surprise for our wedding anniversary at Pao's Sapa Leisure. They upgraded our room and decorated it with a cute cake. The balcony had a beautiful view of the Muong Hoa valley, and it was so peaceful away from the town center. The staff were friendly and always quick to help. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the small room size and occasional temperature fluctuations in the shower, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel make it a truly luxurious experience. From the Spa & wellness centre to the indoor swimming pool, everything is top-notch. the massage I had here was the best I've ever had, and the full body treatment in the spa lounge left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant on site is also fantastic, offering delicious food that caters to special diets, and the bar/lounge area is a great place for a nightcap.
