The hotel's perfect location in the old quarter of Hanoi allowed us to easily explore the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering a welcome drink, taking care of our luggage, and ensuring our early check-in. The room was spotlessly clean, and despite the slightly worn bathroom, it was also clean. The hotel also provided the option to store our luggage after check-out, adding to the overall convenience. Amazing hospitality, great value, and an ideal location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the vibrant heart of the old quarter, within walking distance to the center of the city and the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Additionally, I had the option of renting a motorbike for easy transportation around the city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with a powerful shower in the bathroom. The staff were excellent and gave great recommendations on places to eat and directions around the city. The hotel also had facilities such as good wifi and the option to leave our bags while we went on overnight trips.

The breakfast area could get a bit crowded, and sometimes we had to share tables with other guests.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the complementary hot coco and mince pies that were offered to guests. the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a 24/7 reception service.

I particularly enjoyed the smoking terrace, which offered two hidden views of Hang Bac street in the bustling center of the old town.
