We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities we could wish for. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of the old quarter, within easy walking distance of Lake Hoan Kiem and all the sights. It is also conveniently located next to 4P's, a great pizza/pasta place, and close to different places to eat, squares, lakes, and many stores. The hotel is situated in a quiet laneway, which adds to its charm. The staff, led by the superb Ms. Bella, were excellent and provided us with excellent service. We would definitely go back anytime.

I had a great stay at a lovely affordable place in Hanoi. The hotel was right in the middle of the old quarter, making everything easily accessible on foot. The staff was excellent, very helpful, and even followed me to the doctor in the middle of the night. Despite a few drawbacks like the breakable toiletries and occasional toilet issues, the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly environment made it a great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are cozy and the staff is exceptional, providing professional and attentive service. The breakfast offered is sufficient to start the day, and Bella, one of the staff members, goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home and assist with any needs. The hotel also provides helpful recommendations for tours and offers airport transfer services.

This hotel is situated in a quiet street, but there are plenty of wonderful street food options around. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are kept very clean with soft and comfortable beds. The amenities are as promised, including heating in the room. Breakfast is included in the rate, with numerous options available, including eggs made to order.

I stayed at Serenity Villa for two nights and it exceeded my expectations. The staff, including Susan, Jason, Lucia. The hotel is located in a safe and authentic alley, reminiscent of Beijing's hutongs. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The hotel also offered competitive pricing and allowed us to use the facilities even after check-out. the staff and location made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi. Serenity Villa Hotel was the perfect base for my trip, with its great central location near Hoan Kiem lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable, with a good shower and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a decent selection, with both buffet options and the ability to order from a choice of 12 different dishes. my experience at Serenity Villa Hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Had an Easter break at a hotel in the old city. We received two free drinks and chocolates on arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was pretty much perfect, easy access to all the main sights and restaurants. the room had a nice view and was cleaned daily.

The complimentary breakfast was very basic and didn't have many options. the staff was also not very friendly, and it felt as if they were not interested in helping us with any queries.

The hotel's location in the bustling downtown section of the city is perfect for exploring the old town and lake area. It is in the really center of the old district, with easy access to everything from there. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities is outstanding.
