We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a big supermarket right next door and the beautiful beach just a quick bike ride away. The newly renovated room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely decor. We also enjoyed the spacious bathroom with its marble finish. The friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasty options to start our day.

The noise from the cleaning staff in the morning could be bothersome at times.

The hotel had a beautiful colonial-style architecture, and their sweeping staircases added a relaxing feel to the place. I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had when staying in a hotel in this price range. I also appreciate the hotel's key location, as there were a lot of good restaurants close by.

My stay at the hotel was not perfect. The shower wasn't properly heated, and the receptionist tried to blame it on the weather when I filed a complaint.

The staff was great, room very clean, beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Free bikes were a pleasant surprise. TV was awesome. Refunded money promptly when I wanted to leave. Simple, no-frills hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi and sky bar facilities were enjoyable. Convenient location near mall and beach. Nice reception hall and cafe downstairs. Highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Phoenix Hotel. The room was big and very clean, with a nice bathroom and jacuzzi area. The rooftop bar, although not as expected, still offered a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff members were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our requests. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
