The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river. The bed was large and the bathroom was clean. The hotel offered great facilities, including a pool which was perfect for relaxing. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Super-friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, celebrating Lunar New Year with free drinks and snacks. They even left a small New Year gift in the room. the breakfast had a wide choice of western and local food, satisfying all tastes. the hotel also offered free bike rental, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The noise from nearby karaoke bars was disruptive, especially at night. We had to request a room change to get a better view and less noise.

my second stay in hoi an, and aurora riverside exceeded expectations. perfect location, upgraded rooms with panoramic views, excellent breakfast, swimming pool with children's area, shuttle service and complimentary bikes. staff friendly and attentive. highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Noisy building work at times.

The hotel has two good-sized pools and the rooms have good AC. the location was convenient, as it was a short walk from both the beach and cafes. the staff were also friendly and helpful.

The room had a strange smell, probably from the new furniture.
