I had a really pleasant stay in this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Secondly, the hotel's location was great, situated in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions. Lastly, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided.

However, the staff promptly sent someone to fix it, and within 20 minutes we were able to enjoy a nice hot shower.
