They were always attentive and helpful, making sure our room was cleaned daily and that we had everything we needed. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and local tastes. the rooftop pool and bar area provided a relaxing spot with plenty of sun and shade, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. the location was ideal, close to all the action but tucked away enough to avoid the hustle and bustle.

One thing that could be improved is the initial difficulty in finding the hotel due to road closures for construction. once you figure out the detour through the motorbike parking lot, it's easier to navigate.

The Pisces Hotel Hue impressed me with its recent aesthetic renovation, creating a fun and comfortable atmosphere for my family and me. the spacious and cool rooms, along with the comfy bed, made our stay enjoyable. the outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing escape, and being within walking distance to landmarks like the Imperial City and An Dinh Palace added to our family bonding experience. the quiet location and helpful staff further enhanced our overall enjoyment.

I enjoyed feeling like a VIP with room service at my beck and call. the tours were a great way to meet fellow travelers. the terrace was my little sanctuary for people-watching.

Reception speaks excellent English and were very helpful with ordering a grab. Lost 1 grab as he could not find me on the street. At the accommodation, they were more attentive than a waiter in a fancy restaurant chasing after a dropped spoon. Cons: Limited shelf space in the bathroom.

we had an incredible stay at Pisces Hotel. the staff were so attentive and went above and beyond - calling a taxi to the hospital for my wife, who had a bad ear infection. the room was beautiful, with a cozy atmosphere and fresh towels daily. the location is perfect, close to great bars and restaurants.
