Arrived at 4am, allowed to rest in lobby with shower facilities. Early check-in arranged. Luggage storage available. Returned at 5pm, receptionist offered hot shower. Excellent breakfast and clean room. Helpful staff. Spectacular views. Convenient location. Rooftop pool and spa available. Comparatively spacious rooms.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the stunning mountain scenery. It's super close to everything and just a short walk to the town square. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of options. The view from the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, a great place to relax and take in the surrounding beauty.

One minor drawback is that the towels provided for the pool were sometimes not clean or dry.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with clouds rolling into the valley creating a magical atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with close proximity to all the attractions and just a short walk to the train station for the Fansipan cable car. the included breakfast had a wide variety of choices to suit every taste.

One of the major drawbacks was the ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which caused a lot of noise and disturbance. The lack of proper insulation in the rooms made it difficult to sleep peacefully, especially with cleaners making noise in the corridors early in the morning.

Staying here was an amazing experience! With countless dining options close by, I was able to find delicious meals just a short walk from this venue. The service from the staff was exceptional, with every request I had attended to promptly and efficiently, especially the female manager. The spa and wellness centre here was unlike any other, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infinity pool on the rooftop for breathtaking views. The treatment room offered a range of services from facials to full body massages, and the bbq facilities and karaoke room were great additions to the entertainment options. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax with sun loungers and a pool with a view. The amenities provided in the room, including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and cooking utensils, were just what I needed for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

My stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety of both local and Western dishes. I particularly enjoyed hiring a bike from the hotel and exploring the beautiful countryside. The staff were always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioner not heating the room, I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and amenities. I had a great experience at Pistachio Hotel Sapa and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and attentive, offering a delicious ginger tea upon arrival. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. the bathroom was also spacious and included a clean bathtub for a relaxing soak. We enjoyed the breathtaking view from the infinity pool on the rooftop. the temperature of the pool and the location were perfect, as it was close to the market and restaurants. the breakfast was great. We loved the variety of local and western dishes served and the fact that it changed daily.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow in the night time, and we had some difficulty with the shower curtain and handheld bidet head from the toilet. Another issue was that some guests hogged the photo spot at the infinity pool, making it inconvenient for others.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sapa and had a fantastic experience. The room had a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Chau, in particular, stood out with her efficiency and friendliness. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the town. The breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of choices and ample space to enjoy the meal. The rooftop bar provided a great place to relax after a day of trekking, and while the rooftop pool was too cold to swim in, it offered a beautiful view.
