We arrived at Poetic Hue Hotel & Spa exhausted after a long journey, and the friendly staff greeted us with refreshing drinks and wet wipes. They even helped us with our heavy luggage to our clean and modern room. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby and attractions within walking distance. The comprehensive breakfast menu was a nice touch, and the toiletries provided were a thoughtful detail. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a lack of sunlight in our room and some cleanliness issues, our overall experience was very good. I would recommend this hotel. I recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with extra clean bathrooms and fresh sheets and towels. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, and the room had both air conditioning and a fan. The hotel also provided individual plugs and lights at each bed, as well as a secure wardrobe with a key for storing luggage. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of having a plug inside the wardrobe to safely charge devices while I was out. The staff were extremely helpful, providing not only useful information but also welcoming me with fruit and juice upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and bars, and the main bar walking street was within walking distance.

The room was clean, bright, and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and an amazing shower head. The owner was lovely and gave great recommendations for exploring the city. Free fruit and beverages on arrival were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to bars, restaurants, and the Imperial City.

The room size for four people could have been bigger, and there was no separate shower or bathtub, just a shower hanging from the wall next to the toilet and sink. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner.

our overnight stay at poetic hue was unexpectedly delightful. the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans and motorbike rental. the cozy room had both a fan and aircon, and the location was conveniently connected to downtown. highly recommend!

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, close to local food and drink options. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.- The room was clean and comfortable, for the price we paid it was definitely worth it.

The room lacked natural sunlight and some areas were not thoroughly cleaned. We experienced some issues with room allocation upon arrival, which led to a downgrade in the quality of the room.

The Poetic Hue Hotel & Spa offers spacious rooms, early breakfast service, and delicious banana pancakes. The rented bikes were of good quality, and the helpful ladies at the reception provided excellent assistance. The hotel's central location near restaurants and attractions in Hue is convenient.

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to the Imperial City and the Perfume River, making it easy for us to explore the area. They provided us with useful information about tours and nearby sites, and even helped us arrange bike and motorbike rentals. the facilities and amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, catering to our needs as adventurous travelers.
