The location was perfect, as we could easily walk down a slope to explore Cat Cat village and enjoy the breathtaking views. Lastly, the location in a quiet neighborhood ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps to the center and with a beautiful Mountain View. The staff, especially Mr. Kim, provided the best reception and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They allowed us to check in early and provided a welcoming set with water and appetizers. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast Pho was one of the best we had in Vietnam. They even arranged delicious chicken sandwiches for us when we had to leave in a rush. the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again.

Easter at this hotel was great, the staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was fulfilling with a range of different options to choose from. The complementary packed lunches were an added bonus for us to take during our hikes. The hotel was located conveniently close to bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

The location of the hotel was quite far from any nearby shops or convenience stores. the laundry service was quite expensive compared to the local prices.
