We had a wonderful stay at a hotel nestled in a quiet area close to the bustling center of Sapa. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk down a slope to explore Cat Cat village and enjoy the breathtaking views. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a hot power shower to relax after a long day of trekking. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with made-to-order options. The hotel also offered convenient services such as motorbike rentals and transportation. a fantastic experience!

This hidden gem exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional - we couldn't believe how affordable our stay was. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the clean and spacious rooms with stunning mountain views to the warm and friendly staff, everything was taken care of. Lastly, the location in a quiet neighborhood ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The only minor issue that we encountered was not having a wide selection of breakfast options.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps to the center and with a beautiful Mountain View. The staff, especially Mr. Kim, provided the best reception and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They allowed us to check in early and provided a welcoming set with water and appetizers. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast Pho was one of the best we had in Vietnam. They even arranged delicious chicken sandwiches for us when we had to leave in a rush. the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again.

Easter at this hotel was great, the staff were attentive and helpful. the breakfast was fulfilling with a range of different options to choose from. the complementary packed lunches were an added bonus for us to take during our hikes. the hotel was located conveniently close to bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

the laundry service was quite expensive compared to the local prices. the hill leading up to the hotel was also very steep and challenging to climb for those with mobility concerns.
