Good We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. the staff was incredibly welcoming and catered to our every need. the luxurious spa and wellness center was a treat, offering massages and beauty treatments that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the high-end feel of the hotel. the food served at the restaurant was delicious and the location advantages provided beautiful views from the sun terrace.

Cons the only minor issue we had was with the entertainment. While there was live entertainment offered, we found it to be lacking and not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel's exclusive amenities.

Celebrated Christmas on a luxury cruise in the beautiful Halong Bay with great amenities and activities such as a cave exploration, kayaking, and a traditional Vietnamese meal. the stunning views of the bay from the sundeck and the spacious and comfortable cabins with modern facilities were impressive.

The check-out process could have been better organized and the quality of lunch was not up to par. drinks during meals were not included and quite expensive.

I had an amazing stay at a cruise in Ha Long. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Check-in was a breeze and all the necessary information was provided in a timely manner. The food served on board was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The cruise itself was beautifully designed and offered a range of fun activities and excursions. The sundeck provided stunning views of the sunset. it was a fantastic experience.

I had a great experience staying on a beautifully designed cruise in Halong Bay. The rooms were nice and big with private balconies, and the staff was helpful. The food at the restaurant was good, and the buffet lunch and dinner were delicious. I also enjoyed the range of activities offered, such as kayaking and hiking. it was a fun and memorable stay.

The behavior of some other guests was quite disruptive, which took away from the luxury cruise experience.
