Excellent staff and breathtaking ocean view

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even sending a private doctor for my sick mother. the ocean view from the room was simply stunning, especially from the top floor. Some improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness on the beach and pool area, as well as providing more activities of all ages.

My family enjoyed a spacious room with a beautiful beach view at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. dining choices were limited and we experienced inappropriate staff behavior. the pool and beach were lovely, but improvements are needed in guest safety and environmental cleanliness. the breakfast buffet variety was a highlight.

The rooms were top-notch, with super cozy beds and killer ocean views, making it tough to leave the room at times. the pool and beach areas were total chill zones, offering a perfect combo of sandy relaxation and refreshing swims. the only bummer was the occasional wait for room service orders, but nothing a quick snack run to the nearby market couldn't fix. 🏖️.

The staff, including Mr. Sang and Ms. Mai Anh, were professional, friendly, and helpful during our visit.

During our stay at Pullman, we were met with exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The staff at reception were fluent in English, which made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was the romantic beach dinner arranged by Pullman to watch the breathtaking sunset. The room was upgraded to one with a private swimming pool, which added to the convenience and luxury of our stay. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained and provided ample space for relaxation. The Mad Cow restaurant offered delicious food, accompanied by live music and stunning views. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room, which was serviced twice a day. Pullman exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

While the bath area in the room was slightly unconventional with the bathtub in the middle of the bathroom and bedroom area, it did not significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, the hotel is located a bit far from town, making it slightly inconvenient for meals outside the hotel.

The hotel service was not up to par, with room cleaning done too early and a lack of staff causing some amenities to be unavailable. the food was subpar and the pre-payment policy was a disappointment, as other resorts only require a deposit upon arrival.
