The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Mike provided excellent service by accommodating our early breakfast request. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast had a delicious spread. The pool and beach facilities were great, with plenty of amenities and activities available. The Mad Cow restaurant served amazing food with a great view. The staff, including Mr. Sang and Ms. Mai Anh, were professional, friendly, and helpful during our visit.

During our stay at Pullman, we were met with exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The staff at reception were fluent in English, which made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was the romantic beach dinner arranged by Pullman to watch the breathtaking sunset. The room was upgraded to one with a private swimming pool, which added to the convenience and luxury of our stay. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained and provided ample space for relaxation. The Mad Cow restaurant offered delicious food, accompanied by live music and stunning views. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room, which was serviced twice a day. Pullman exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

While the bath area in the room was slightly unconventional with the bathtub in the middle of the bathroom and bedroom area, it did not significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, the hotel is located a bit far from town, making it slightly inconvenient for meals outside the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The location is perfect, with beautiful views from our room. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach, where there were plenty of umbrellas for shade. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. it was a wonderful experience.

The AC in our room had some issues, but the maintenance team promptly resolved the problem.

While everything here is extraordinary, there was only one minor issue. You may experience some inconvenience with the location as it's a bit far from town, though the hotel provides a free bus , so it's manageable.
