Great value for money with a comfortable room and excellent location in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff at Queen Light were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Special shoutout to Tam on reception for her invaluable assistance with tour bookings and recommendations, as well as accompanying us to the fabric market and helping us buy paintings. Our kids had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The breakfast here was delicious and hearty, with a variety of options to choose from like pho, pancakes, and fresh fruit. the location of the hotel was also convenient, situated in the heart of the city and close to many of the main attractions.

the rooms were quite outdated and did not match the pictures online. This was a bit disappointing as we had expected a more modern and updated space.

Queen Light made our stay simply amazing and memorable. The staff, including Snow, Sam, Matt, and Huey. They greeted us with a smile and were always there when we needed assistance. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pillows provided were the best we've ever slept on. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff even helped us surprise our friend with a delicious birthday cake. Thank you, Queen Light staff, for making us feel at home. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and return in the future.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is great. The hotel is located in a somewhat quiet street in the perfect location, right in the middle of the city near all the interesting places. The rooms are exactly as advertised - clean and comfortable. The basic amenities are all there, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast of food options is the best we’ve had in Southeast Asia, with delicious pancakes, fresh fruit, and yogurt, not to mention the good coffee.
