We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, as it was right in the heart of the bustling area. We loved being able to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and other attractions in just a few minutes. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags while we visited Ha Long Bay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated, with modern architecture. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which gave us a great view of the city. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety of options. the service level at this place was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed for our romantic escape and we enjoyed our time. the room was spacious and comfortable with a king size bed. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of items and the staff was attentive. We loved the location; it was central to all the attractions and easy to get around.

There were some noise disturbances from the ongoing construction.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of the old quarter area and just a few minutes walk from hoan kiem lake. The staff at this hotel were amazing, always willing to help and providing excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. They even introduced us to the delicious egg coffee! The breakfast at this hotel was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable rooms were also top-notch.
