The receptionist who checked us in was the friendliest and kindest, even helping us with directions to the hospital. We extended our stay and the second receptionist, Nghi, provided excellent service by assisting us with printing our Cambodian visas. The location of the hotel is great, situated between the old city and the backpacker area. The room was clean, well-equipped, and even had some extra amenities. The central location was convenient for exploring the city and the nearby market.

Its convenient location near Ben Than market makes it easy to access everything, while still being away from the busy streets. Plus, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with a visit to the nearby and delicious Gellato shop. The staff provides great service and the basic amenities are satisfactory. Rooms with a view are also available, and the breakfast served across the street in a little cafeteria includes very good coffee.
