we had an early start for a trip, and ramana saigon kindly offered a takeaway breakfast instead of a buffet. the room was spacious and cozy, with a good selection of pillows and comfortable beds. the pool was delightful, and the check-in process was smooth with friendly staff. we appreciated the in-room tea/coffee facilities and the variety of tv channels. the location was convenient, just a quick £3 taxi ride away.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. The hotel is neat, organized, and stylish. The cleaning personnel ensures everything is sparkling. Special thanks to Ms. Mai Trang and Ms. Phung for their dedication. The breakfast is delicious, and the rooftop pool and gym are fabulous.

The breakfast had a great selection of dishes to try and we appreciated the variety of foods and drinks we could choose from. We also loved how the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and walk around. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything.

We felt that some of the staff members could have been more friendly and welcoming to guests. the room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some renovation to offer more modern amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at Ramana Saigon. The breakfast spread was delicious and the swimming pool was just what I needed to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the late check-out option. I highly recommend this hotel.
