Breathtaking architecture, friendly staff, impeccable service, amazing views, excellent food, complimentary high-end buffet.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

What a wonderful stay! the resort amenities were just beautiful, with modern and brand new interiors throughout. the staff were very friendly and attentive, always making sure we felt safe and comfortable. We enjoyed the wellness activities and water sports offered, especially the sunrise salutation. the breakfast was simply amazing, with a variety of foods to die for. We also appreciated the complimentary laundry service and inclusion of minibar snacks.

The lack of entertainment during the evenings, which made things a bit too quiet for our liking. ordering in-room dining was difficult as there were no menus readily available and the QR code was on a small cardboard sleeve that we threw away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the beach in Vietnam. The cleanliness of this place was impeccable, with everything super clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the breathtaking architecture and stylish interior design. I also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available. The location by the beach, specifically Sao Beach, was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, genuinely caring about my satisfaction and going above and beyond to improve my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The entertainment at Regent Phu Quoc exceeded my expectations. I was delighted to discover that on Tuesday evenings, there is a DJ at the ocean club, creating a vibrant atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Additionally, on Wednesday evenings, there is a beach BBQ, providing a unique and enjoyable dining experience. While I missed out on these events due to lack of advertising, I am confident that attending them would have enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. I suggest that Regent Phu Quoc improves its advertising efforts to ensure guests are aware of these exciting entertainment options.

Although my stay at Regent Phu Quoc was exceptional, there were a few minor areas for improvement. the in-room dining experience could be more streamlined.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service make this hotel a world, class destination. From the infinity pool overlooking the sea to the rooftop spa, it's truly an experience to indulge in. the staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, whether it was an in, room breakfast or a foot massage on the beach. the restaurant's full, body massages and body wraps were outstanding, along with the nightly live entertainment and special diet menus.

While there is little to complain about at this hotel, the only minor issue encountered was the lack of available open, air baths. this was quickly remedied by the attentive staff, who offered alternative Spa & wellness centre options.
