The location of the hotel was fantastic, with all the major attractions and local eateries nearby. During our stay, we encountered a small issue with the door lock, but the hotel staff swiftly resolved it. Additionally, the spacious room provided a comfortable stay.

We got excellent value for our money at Rising Dragon Estate. The room was very comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect too.

I gotta say, my stay at Rising Dragon Estate was totally worth it! The room was cozy, the beds were comfy, and the WiFi was fast and stable. Plus, the location was perfect - right next to the train tracks and within walking distance to the lake and weekend market. But what really made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and helpful, from waiting for my late check-in to even giving me a small souvenir. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the old quarter, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding tourist attractions. It is also located close to everything in the old quarter, allowing easy access to local restaurants, shops, and markets. Additionally, being next to Hanoi railroad tracks adds a unique touch to the hotel experience.

The staff's lack of honesty and their aggressive attempts to sell tours can put a damper on the overall experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic. It is right in the city center, which made it easy for me to explore Hanoi on foot. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the Hanoi railroad tracks, adding a unique touch to the ambiance. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent service and were always happy to assist with any queries or recommendations. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I particularly loved the rose petals on the bed, which added a nice romantic touch, and the big window with a nice view. Plus, having three beds in the room was a really nice touch.

This hotel was a great find! The location was perfect, right near the bustling old quarter with its shops, sights, and delicious restaurants. We easily walked to all the main attractions we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They even helped us book an amazing trip to Halong Bay, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay. The basic amenities in the room were just what we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us cool during the hot weather.

Had a great Easter weekend at a hotel with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. the best aspects were the knowledgeable and helpful tour manager, who offered reasonable prices for tours and was always ready to assist us. the food was good, and the location made everything within walking distance which allowed for easy exploration.

The worst aspects were the bathroom which didn't drain properly, occasionally flooding and limiting the use of the facilities. the breakfast did not have enough variety, which would have made our stay even more enjoyable.
