We absolutely loved our stay at River Palms! The hotel's location was perfect - just a short bike ride away from the old town, with beautiful views of rice paddies and easy access to the beach. The staff was exceptional, making us feel like family, and the hotel was incredibly family-friendly. The rooms were spacious, with modern bathrooms and a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the hot water on demand. The pool was outstanding, a great place to relax and cool off. We can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at a boutique-like small hotel in Hoi An with my family for Christmas. We booked the Family Room and the Villa triple, both of which were superb. The rooms were spacious with nice wooden furniture, comfortable beds, and balconies. The Villa triple, located on the 2nd floor, offered spectacular views from its 2 balconies. The hotel is in a peaceful and quiet area on the outskirts of town, between the beach and the old town. They provide free bicycles for guests to use, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. The staff were fantastic - helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. it was a superb place to stay.

I recently stayed at River Palms in Hoi An for my first solo trip from Canada. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was strong, making it easy for me to recover from jet lag. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my questions as a first-time traveler to Asia.
