Loved the free bus service to the supermarket - saved me from carrying my shopping bags! The private balcony was a great spot for sipping my tea and admiring the garden views. And who doesn't enjoy a bit of entertainment with the LCD TV and DVD player?

Couldn't find any cons, but I guess if I had to nitpick, the laundry room could have had a disco ball for some extra excitement.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to downtown by taxi or the free bus shuttle. It is slightly outside the center of town, which makes it quieter and perfect for relaxation. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a pleasant view of the riverside. The facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness center are free and well-maintained.

The restaurant at the hotel has slightly higher prices compared to local markets, but there are big supermarkets nearby for more affordable options.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant and mini mart within the premises. the riverside location provided beautiful scenery and a relaxing atmosphere. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The WiFi was subpar and often unreliable, which made it difficult for me to stay connected with my loved ones during the holiday season. the lack of proper kitchen equipment made cooking meals a hassle.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, arranging a tour for me and always ready to give advice and book taxis. The shuttle bus into the city center was a great amenity, allowing me to easily explore the main attractions within just 20 minutes. The pool at this hotel was lovely, and the attached restaurant served delicious food that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Lovely spacious apartments, all with river view. Fabulous pool and facilities for kids, park, tennis, small kids room. Staff helpful at all times.

Room is quite old, should have had toothbrush already in the room. Slow check-in and had to deposit passport, which was not mentioned initially.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool and restaurant at the hotel were excellent, providing a great place to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which made it convenient for us to explore the city.
