The hotel staff at Romeliess was incredibly accommodating and helpful. When we encountered a problem with the AC in our room, they quickly moved us to a better VIP room with a working AC. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beach, just steps away from the hotel, was clean and offered a beautiful view. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend staying at Romeliess Hotel.

The ocean view room was indeed worth the upgrade cost and the sunrise view from the bed was spectacular. The hotel staff were polite and attentive to our requests.
