This hotel offers great value for money with its central location in both the old and French quarters, making it easy to explore the city's food and culture. The staff is very friendly, rooms are comfortable, clean, and contain basic amenities with bright windows and balconies offering pleasing views. Also, the breakfast is a great feature, providing options for vegan guests.

Our stay at Rosaliza Hotel was excellent value for money. The room was lovely and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the city and the old quarter on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay.

The only small suggestion for improvement would be to vary the breakfast options each day. Though the spread was good, it would have been even better to see some different choices in the morning meal.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location in the French quarter. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere allowed us to get a restful night's sleep, away from the noise of Hanoi. The staff knew our names and were always friendly, making us feel special and well taken care of. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great selection of options to choose from.

The location was great, as it was located in the French Quarter and within walking distance to the center. Additionally, it was very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, allowing for easy access to leisurely strolls and beautiful views.

The check-in process was disorganized and they did not have our room ready upon arrival.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and spotlessly clean room. The hotel's location in the middle of the French quarter was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and street food options nearby. The staff treated us with exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were even surprised with a birthday cake and flowers in our room. We truly loved everything about this hotel.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better was if the staff in the breakfast room were more friendly and proactive in guiding guests to their tables and explaining the breakfast setup.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi and had a fantastic experience at Rosaliza. the location was great, just a short taxi ride to the old center. We were impressed by the friendly and kind staff, particularly Sandy at the reception desk. She went above and beyond to help us arrange a tour of Halong Bay and assisted with any other needs we had. the room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. we had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose Rosaliza again in the future.
