The staff at Royal Family is very kind and helpful, offering services such as scooter rentals and tour arrangements. Despite arriving during a holiday, the hotel was fully booked, but the staff quickly attended to a leaking bidet sprayer in our room. the pool was nice, and the location near the water and Dragon Bridge was convenient. the staff made efforts to address issues promptly, such as sanding off mold on the bathroom door.

The ocean view room was fantastic with a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. the hotel's location was perfect; a short walk to the beach and conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from.

The shower took a long time to warm up, and the water pressure was not very strong. the room was a bit small, and the bed was not the most comfortable.

We had a blast at Hotel Triplets Family Entertainment Zone - the kids loved the pool and playground. the family-friendly atmosphere and affordable rates made our stay unforgettable!

Additionally, it is very close to the beach, allowing guests to be in direct touch with nature and enjoy the seaside atmosphere. In the surrounding areas, there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores which are open 24 hours, providing convenience for guests.

The breakfast options were limited and could use some improvement.
