I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was a bit outside the city, away from the crowds and noise. I could easily explore the beautiful old town and the beach by bike, scooter, or on foot. the hotel provided free bikes, and if I wanted a scooter, the rental price was reasonable. the service at the hotel was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. the rooms and facilities were new and well-maintained. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. the breakfast offered a good variety of Vietnamese and Western options, and the laundry service was excellent.

The hotel was great! the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and it was included in the price we paid. We were close to the city center and could easily access everything within a short walk. We also appreciated the free bicycles the hotel provided, which allowed us to explore more of the area on our own.

There wasn't anything particularly bad about the hotel, but the staff was a bit too friendly for our liking. They were always asking us questions about our day and trying to sell us tours or excursions.

We were amazed by the newly renovated rooms at Royal Mansion Boutique. They were not only beautiful but incredibly spacious as well. The pool was a refreshing oasis after long days of exploring Hoi An's charming streets. The staff, particularly Henry and Nancy, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They even helped us arrange our day trips. The hotel's location in a local neighborhood provided a more authentic experience, with cheaper coffee and food options. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Comfy, clean, luxurious room with amazing AC. Really nice, clean bathroom. Lovely pool area perfect for cooling off and avoiding sunburn. Extraordinarily helpful staff, always attentive to our needs. Free bicycles were excellent for getting around. Great location, close enough to easily reach the old town.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hoi An. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of the city center. The rooms had beautiful balconies with stunning views of the city. The AC worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and delicious.

Everything was absolutely fine during my stay.
