During our stay at S Central Hotel And Spa, we were impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff, particularly Harry, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One specific incident that stood out was when Harry personally helped us book a day cruise to Halong Bay. The hotel itself had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and our room was spacious with a lovely view. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options, and the location was convenient, within walking distance of popular attractions like the cathedral and night market. we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome location, wonderful staff. The hotel is centrally located, just behind a beautiful church, and close to all the attractions in the Old Quarter. The staff at this hotel are truly fantastic, always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are well-maintained and come with basic amenities. I especially loved the rooms with balconies offering a great view over the roofs of the town. Another highlight is the breakfast, with a wide range of mostly Asian options, including vegetarian choices. The value for money at this hotel is excellent, making it a great choice for budget travelers. I had a really good experience at this hotel!

I had a fantastic experience at this new hotel in the heart of the city. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy, clean, and well-decorated, providing a comfortable space to rest. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. The central location made it convenient for me to explore the nearby attractions, such as the cathedral and the night market. Additionally, the hotel offered assistance in arranging tours to Ha Long Bay at a great price.

I did encounter a minor issue with noise from neighboring rooms during my stay.

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kevin and his team, Trang, Hannah, Huyen anh, and Link, provided us with excellent service and were always eager to help us with any questions or requests we had. They were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel offered a warm welcome to their guests during the holiday season. the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Christmas buffet which offered lots of different choices of food and drinks and even some Christmas treats! the location couldn't be better, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The walls were thin and we could hear noise from the street and other guests quite easily. This disturbed our sleep and we found it difficult to relax in the room during the day.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 night. We were given a very warm welcome by several staff members who took our luggage off of us and offered us a seat whilst they completed check-in. The check-in process was quite long, but in this time, Hannah on reception, was able to answer all of our questions about the area and even arrange our travel to and boat tour of Halong Bay. Our room was cosy, clean, and well-decorated. The breakfast was of a very high standard and served swiftly. The staff showed great pride in their hotel. The hotel is well-located to explore the center. We had an upgrade to a beautiful room with a view of the cathedral and the city skyline. The staff is kind and supportive, they gave us a lot of information on the area and helped us to book a late taxi to the airport. Anna and Harry even let us take a quick shower before heading to the airport and kept our luggage during our last day in the city after checking out.
