the capsules were not only cool, but they also had a built-in heater which was perfect for the chilly weather. the staff provided us with a helpful map of downtown Sapa and were incredibly friendly. the spacious showers had plenty of hot water. I can't praise this hostel enough!

The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting me with arranging motorcycle hire and even allowing me to return it early in the morning before catching my bus. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short stroll away from the town center but tucked away in a peaceful area. The capsule beds were comfortable and exactly as described. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly, offering live weather updates for Fansipan mountain and providing recommendations. a great choice for solo travelers seeking a convenient and enjoyable stay.

the upgrade to a double-sized room at sapa capsule was a great deal. the staff were friendly, helpful, and even escorted us with umbrellas in the rain. the place was clean, had ample storage, and provided flipflops and towels.

Lack of heating in the cold weather.

I recently stayed at a fantastic capsule hotel in a convenient location near the city center. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a warm cover for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making me feel at home. The hotel also offered useful facilities, such as boots to rent for trekking in the nearby mountains. the hotel was close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

The hot water supply was inconsistent, which was a bit of a disappointment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming. They gave me brilliant recommendations and helped book a local tour. They even lent me wellies and a poncho for a hike in the rain. The pods themselves were really cosy and great fun to stay in, with individual lockers outside for keeping bags. The view from the hotel was also incredible. I highly recommend staying here when visiting this city.
