The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable environment. The staff provides exceptional customer service, knowing guests by name and greeting them warmly. Complimentary breakfast is offered, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Additionally, there is a small roof terrace available on the top floor, offering a beautiful view of the city at night.

Christmas at this hotel was nice. the room was clean, which was good. the breakfast was decent as well. But the best part was the location, it was near all the popular tourist spots and restaurants.

the staff were not friendly and did not make the stay enjoyable. the heat in the room was barely working, which made it quite cold, despite wearing warm clothes.
