We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff. Despite a few noisy guests, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with beautiful views. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service.

Amazing staff and comfortable rooms with scenic views

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; they went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with amazing views of the town. one of the best things about the hotel was its location - it was conveniently located near all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the place on foot. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread which was delicious with several options to choose from.

we were not entirely happy with the tour arranged by the hotel. the trekking trail was difficult and dangerous, not suitable for children.

This hotel is located at the very center of town, making it a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are spacious and clean, with stunning views across Sapa town. I loved having access to a big balcony with an amazing view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast, with warm baguettes, was a great start to the day.
