The breakfast had a decent variety of food and the staff were friendly. the hotel was located near the cable car and many restaurants, which made it convenient during my business trip. the room was nice and clean with good amenities.

Good location. Nice view of the mountains. The hotel was relatively centrally located and in good condition. The breakfast provided was tasty and filling. The staff was very helpful, especially one particular member who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The heating in the room worked well, which was a bonus during our city trip.

Some aspects of cleanliness could be improved, such as dusty surfaces and carpets in the room that needed a thorough cleaning. There were occasional insects in the room, which was not ideal.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Sa Pa with the most breathtaking view of the mountains and rice fields. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The staff, especially a kind lady who took care of us during our trip, were extremely accommodating and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even allowing us to check in early and extending our stay. The location was perfect, close to all the restaurants and shops. The value for money was exceptional, considering the stunning view and the hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are well-decorated with a nice balcony and strong hot water. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, being near the center and close to some highly-rated restaurants.

Only one aspect could be improved, but overall, everything was ok.
