The doors lock at 11pm, which may not be convenient for late-night activities.

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa House. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite room with breathtaking views from the windows on three sides. the staff at reception were lovely and went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. the bed was super comfortable, the shower was great, and there was plenty of space in the room. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and bars. the manager was always helpful in organizing taxis and drivers for our excursions. a truly enjoyable experience.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with great comfort and lovely mountain views from the balcony. the size of the room was generous, and the facilities provided such as the heater and electric blanket kept us warm. the staff was helpful in organizing tours and trekking advice. We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the option to order additional breakfast items.

For the price we paid, Sapa House offered great value. The room was beautifully decorated with local embroidery and had a fantastic view of the mountains from our little balcony. They really saved us!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise in the north of town. It's tucked away in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the main center. The location was perfect - close enough to the action but still peaceful. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely splendid, overlooking the beautiful Sapa valley.
