The location of the hotel is ideal for trekkers and group of friends, as it is in the center of town and near the Church. there are many local restaurants in the area where guests can enjoy delicious and authentic cuisine.

The hotel's housekeeping needs improvement, with reports of cobwebs in the closet and stained bedding in the room.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, central location. Receptionist guys are friendly. Cozy room with vintage decor. Perfect location near shops and attractions. Helpful receptionists for purchasing tickets. Good amenities like umbrellas and raincoats. a well-prepared hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center. It was close to local shops, markets, and street food stands, giving us the opportunity to try authentic Vietnamese dishes like Pho and Bun Cyan. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us during our stay. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows.

There were a few drawbacks. The hotel could have been cleaner, as we noticed some areas that could use improvement.
