Amazing views and convenient location. The staff quickly resolved our transfer issue and made our check-in smooth. Room was clean and well-furnished. Great breakfast with a nice view. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area of Sapa, close to the town square and great cafes. The room with a balcony on the 6th floor offers a comfortable bed, a modern and clean atmosphere, and excellent mountain views. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering amenities such as boots for trekking and the ability to store luggage. The hotel also provides shuttle service to and from Lao Cai, air conditioning, and the option to shower even after checking out.

The breakfast service could be improved, as there were delays in providing boiled eggs and omelettes.

Great location, just a few steps away from the town center. the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. I appreciated the clean and spacious room as well as the breakfast and shower options that were available even before the check-in time. the hotel was very accommodating with storing our luggage while we were out trekking.

there was some noise from the building repair at times which was a bit disruptive. a great choice for those looking for a budget-friendly option with close proximity to the town center.

The hotel's location is super convenient, very near the town and train station to Fansipan. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and provide great service. The rooms are clean and have nice views. Despite some construction, the hotel still offers a great view from up high with a balcony.

All was fine and there is nothing to criticize.
