I recently stayed at a hotel in Sapa and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the Sapa church and close to the cable car to Fansipan. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily necessities provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and varied. I also enjoyed the spa services, especially the body massage, which was reasonably priced compared to other cities.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom that could be improved.

Helpful, English-speaking staff. Spacious rooms with nice baths. Convenient central location. Complimentary gifts upon leaving.

This hotel is a great value for money, with modern facilities, spacious and clean rooms with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is right in the center of the city, in a prime location with everything within walking distance to the main streets where all the action is, offering beautiful views of the incredible landscape of the area during breakfast.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend at this hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary Easter egg hunt for the kids and the daily chocolate treats. Great location, centrally located near restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation. Loved the breathtaking mountain views from our room, especially during sunrise.

The room was a bit noisy due to nearby street traffic and loud guests in the hallway. the breakfast options were limited and could use some improvement.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Sapa. The staff, especially manager Kenny, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They allowed us to store our luggage and rest at the hotel until our late night train departure. Kenny even prepared a small packet of fruit for our journey back to Hanoi. The level of hospitality shown by the staff was impressive, and they were always approachable and warm. The hotel was clean, close to tourist attractions, and the location was convenient for exploring.

Great location, within walking distance of attractions like Cat Cat village and Ham Rong mount. Staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. the room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the mountains.

The bathroom was in need of renovation, with water leaking from the shower and a dirty floor. the receptionists struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult to book tours and get recommendations.

The location was ideal, away from the busy streets but still conveniently close to the town center and transportation options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a rooftop cafe that offered stunning views of the city and mountains. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
