I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The mountain view room was amazing, providing a beautiful and relaxing evening. The spacious room and bathroom added to the comfort. The location is perfect, with a nice view of the rice fields. It is conveniently close to the center of the town and offers easy parking. The staff were friendly and considerate, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We were amazed by the stunning views from our room at Sapa Vista. The balcony provided a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and valley. The comfortable room, excellent shower, and strong AC added to our pleasant experience. The staff were helpful and assisted us with tour arrangements and recommendations. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided daily. we would highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views and comfortable accommodations.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room had soundproof walls, the breakfast was adequate, and the mountain view was spectacular.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views of the Sapa valley and its tiered rice paddy's. It is away from the busy town center, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall service satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast has a good selection of food, catering to both Western and Asian diets.

The bathroom could use some renovation and improved cleanliness to further enhance the comfort of the stay.

During our romantic escape to the mountains, we were mesmerized by the stunning panoramic view of the valley from our room. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. the location was also great as it was away from the noise of the city but still easily accessible.

Disliked Housekeeping

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and toiletries provided. The highlight for me was definitely the stunning view of the mountain ranges from my room. I could have spent hours just gazing at the amazing scenery. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out different peaks and assisting with any needs. The hotel also offered a transfer service to and from the train, which was convenient and reasonably priced. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.
