The new hotel is clean, well-equipped, and has a good location. The breakfast buffet is abundant and the night view of the pool on the 9th floor is beautiful. The staff are warm and helpful, with the doorman even saluting and helping with luggage.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Nha Trang and we liked the key location of the hotel, it was really convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was great, with lots of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the best part of our stay was the night view from our room. It was simply mesmerizing! We also really enjoyed the pool, it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

We had some negative experiences as well. The room was not soundproof, it was like we were in the same room as the people next door. Plus, the hotel staff wanted to take our passports and requested full payment upfront. This was really uncomfortable for us and kind of ruined the romantic mood of our escape. The worst part of our stay was definitely the poor sound insulation and the fact that the staff requested our passports. We didn't feel safe leaving our important documents with them and it made us feel uneasy throughout our stay. The hotel could greatly improve on these aspects to make guests feel more comfortable.
