There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Communication was fast and organised a taxi pick up from the airport. The location is ideally located in the old quarter. Our bags were looked after when we went on a trip and even done us a packed breakfast as we left early!

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is within easy walking distance of popular attractions in the city. the hotel is situated on a small street where cars cannot go, making it a quiet and peaceful location compared to other hotels. Jenny, who leads the staff, maintains a professional and capable manner, providing excellent service to guests. Guests also have the advantage of being able to easily take a trip to Halong Bay for a night, adding to the hotel's appeal.

There is a need for improvement in terms of the available outlets in the rooms. It would be beneficial to have more outlets easily accessible to guests, particularly for tasks such as ironing clothes.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they even helped us book a day trip. They made my birthday extra special by preparing a cake and flower decoration. it was a lovely and memorable experience.

You can easily immerse yourself in the local culture and experience the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The hotel's location is also very convenient, as you can easily walk to anywhere in the Old Quarter or even venture to the French Quarter for a different atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers tours to Mai Tu Long bay, where you can enjoy an unforgettable overnight cruise.

Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere: The Shiny warm wood floors look elegant next to the elegant white walls and the brown accent wall done up with wavy stripes. It feels like stepping into a modern art gallery with a cozy touch.

Noisy Passageway: A bit noisy at night.

I had a great experience at Serene Premier. the staff was very accommodating and pleasant, even allowing us to stay late to rest and shower before our train. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of fresh options. the location was perfect, tucked away in a side street that reduced traffic noise. the rooms were nice and clean, and the staff's good English made communication easy.
