We were upgraded to a spacious 3 bedroom apartment upon arrival - for free. The apartment had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen. The staff at Sherwood Residence were professional and courteous, and the room service and transfer service worked impeccably. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as we were able to walk to all the nearby attractions. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle bus to downtown.

The spacious three-bedroom apartments provide ample space for families, with separate rooms for children and a large living area. The laundry facilities and well-equipped kitchen add to the convenience of the stay. Additionally, the pool and games room offer a great place to relax and entertain the kids.

During the Christmas holidays, I had a great experience staying in a serviced apartment in the heart of the city. the apartment was very spacious and offered great amenities including a washing machine and dryer - this was particularly helpful as I was travelling with my family. the apartment location was excellent, with nearby landmarks such as the war museum, palace and church within walking distance. the apartment offered a complimentary shuttle bus to key locations, which was a money saver.

I had no negative experiences; however, it would have been great if the staff had provided more information about local restaurants and things to do in the area, beyond what was mentioned during check-in.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Facilities included a swimming pool, sauna, and restaurant. Convenient location near offices, cafes, and supermarkets. Quiet at night. It felt like home, will come back.

Our family of four spent three luxurious nights in the apartment with modern and exclusive amenities. The staff were attentive to our needs, offering responsive service when needed. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided a refreshing escape from the city, and the balcony view of the surrounding skyline was breathtaking.

One minor issue was the limited poolside snack bar options. However, we enjoyed the in-room breakfast and private facilities were exceptional.
