We got great value for our money at this stunning hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a free shuttle to the old town. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of tea choices.

The resort had an amazing green area, with great views of the river. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was attentive and friendly.

The complimentary foot massage and other available cruises and excursions were missed due to poor communication. the resort lacked signage in the property, making it difficult to navigate around.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Silk Sense. From the moment I booked, the communication with the property was exceptional. The driver who picked me up, DAT, was so courteous and even went out of his way to take me to The Marble Mountain. The resort itself was beautiful, with a clean and spacious room overlooking the pool and river. The poolside was stunning, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort.

Good From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt completely luxurious and relaxed. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that I had everything that I needed. the Spa was a highlight of my stay, with relaxing massages and beauty treatments available. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided the perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in the beautiful surroundings.

While the restaurant offered delicious meals, I would have appreciated more variety and options for outdoor dining.
